Johannes Harmse

Johannes het sy BA LLB grade gedurende 1995 aan die Universiteit van Stellenbosch verwerf.  Het het gedurende 2003 by die firma as direkteur aangesluit.  Hy oorsien die firma se litigasie-afdeling, het ′n voorliefde vir kontrakte-, sake- en familiereg en verteenwoordig kliënte in ′n wye spektrum van forums, insluitend die Hooggeregshof, Landdroshof, Munisipalehof, arbitrasies en plaaslike owerheid.  Hy was al in verskeie gerapporteerde beslissings betrokke.

Hy is getroud met Michelle, het twee seuns, Andries en Ernst, en twee katte.


Johannes attained his BA LLB degrees from the University of Stellenbosch during 1995.  He joined the firm as a director during 2003.  He oversees the firm′s litigation department, enjoys the Law of Contracts, Things and Families and represents clients in various forums, including the High Court, the Magistrates′ Courts, the Municipal Courts, arbitrations and before the local authorities.  He has been involved in a number of reported judgments.

He is married to Michelle, has two sons, Andries and Ernst, and two cats.

Tertia Kriel

Tertia het haar B Proc LLB grade gedurende 2002 en 2006 aan die Universiteit van Suid-Afrika verwerf.  Sy het gedurende 2003 by die firma as kandidaat-prokureur aangesluit en is toegelaat as prokureur, aktebesorger en notaris.  Sy is sedert 2007 ook ′n direkteur.  Tertia hanteer die firma se aktes-afdeling, huweliksvoorwaardekontrakte en doen ook bereddering van bestorwe boedels.

Tertia was voorheen ′n rekenaar programmeur en is ′n ywerige fietsryer.


Tertia obtained her B Proc LLB degrees from the University of South Africa during 2002 and 2006.  She joined the firm as a candidate attorney during 2003 and is admitted as an attorney, conveyancer and notary.  She is also a director since 2007.  Tertia manages the firm′s conveyancing department, antenuptial contracts and also deals with the winding up of deceased estates.

Tertia was previously a computer programmer and is a keen cyclist.

Danie Claassens

Danie het sy LLB graad gedurende 2005 aan die Universiteit van Stellenbosch verwerf.  Hy het gedurende 2008 by die firma as professionele assistent aangesluit.  Hy is betrokke by die firma se litigasie-afdeling wat insluit algemene siviele litigasie, beide Hooggeregshof en Landdroshof, opstel van kommersiële kontrakte, skuldinvordering, skeisake en gesinsgeweld aangeleenthede.  Hy aanvaar ook graag opdragte vir strafsake.

Danie is ′n boorling van Upington en is mal oor enige tipe sport – as deelnemer of as toeskouer.


Danie obtained his LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch during 2005.  He joined the firm as a professional assistant during 2008.  He is involved in the litigation department of the firm which include general civil litigation, both High Court and Magistrates′ Court, drafting of commercial contracts, debt collecting, divorce cases and family violence matters.  He also willingly accepts instructions for criminal matters.

Danie is originally from Upington and is mad about any type of sport – as participant or spectator.

Nicholas Hovers

Nicholas het sy LLB LLM grade gedurende 2006 en 2008 aan die Universiteit van Stellenbosch verwerf.  Hy het gedurende 2007 by die firma as kandidaat-prokureur aangesluit.

Nicholas is die poetsbakker in die firma.


Nicholas obtained his LLB LLM degrees from the University of Stellenbosch during 2006 and 2008.  He joined the firm as a candidate attorney during 2007.

Nicholas is the prankster in the firm.

Lee-Ann du Plessis

Lee-Ann is die senior sekretaresse in die litigasie-afdeling en het gedurende 2003 by die firma aangesluit.  Sy het ′n Senior Paralegal Diploma gedurende 2005 aan Die Suid-Afrikaanse Skool vir Paralegal Studies verwerf.

Lee-Ann is getroud met Daniëll, het ′n seun Johann en ′n baba dogtertjie Mieke.  Sy speel graag aksie netbal.


Lee-Ann is the senior secretary in the litigation department and joined the firm during 2003.  She obtained a Senior Paralegal Diploma from The South African School of Paralegal Studies during 2005.

Lee-Ann is married to Daniëll, has a son Johann and a baby daughter Mieke.  She enjoys playing action netbal.

Mioné van Zyl

Mioné is ′n junior sekretaresse in die litigasie afdeling en het gedurende 2008 by die firma aangesluit.  Sy studeer tans aan die Universiteit van Suid-Afrika vir haar LLB graad.

Mioné is ′n boorling van George en hou niks van die somer nie.


Mioné is a junior secretary in the litigation department and joined the firm during 2008.  She is currently studying for her LLB degree through the University of South Africa.

Mioné is originally from George and doesn′t like the summer at all.

Nonzwakazi (Elizabeth) Mbayise

Nonzwakazi is our receptionist and joined the firm during 2003.  She completed a Dale Carnegie course during 2006.

A previous employer decided to call her Elizabeth as he could not pronounce her real name.  The name stuck.  Elizabeth is married to Shadrack and has two boys, Zipho and Athenkosi.

Andiswa Katom

Andiswa is our filing clerk and messenger and joined the firm during 2004.

Andiswa knows every nook and corner in Cape Town. She has twin boys, Pholani and Luniko.

Andries Harmse

Andries is ons boekhouer en hy het gedurende 2005 by die firma aangesluit.

Andries is die trotse oupa van vyf kleinkinders.


Andries is our accountant and joined the firm during 2005.

Andries is the proud grandfather of five grandchildren.
