Johannes het sy BA LLB grade gedurende 1995 aan die Universiteit van Stellenbosch verwerf. Hy het gedurende 2003 by die firma as direkteur aangesluit. Hy oorsien die firma se litigasie-afdeling, het 'n voorliefde vir kontrakte-, sake- en familiereg en verteenwoordig kliënte in 'n wye spektrum van forums, insluitend die Hoë Hof, Streekhof, Landdroshof, Munisipalehof, arbitrasies en plaaslike owerheid. Hy was al in verskeie gerapporteerde beslissings betrokke. Hy is getroud met Michelle, het twee seuns, Andries en Ernst, en twee katte. Johannes attained his BA LLB degrees from the University of Stellenbosch during 1995. He joined the firm as a director during 2003. He oversees the firm's litigation department, enjoys the Law of Contracts, Things and Families and represents clients in various forums, including the High Court, the Regional Courts, the Magistrates' Courts, the Municipal Courts, arbitrations and before the local authorities. He has been involved in a number of reported judgments. He is married to Michelle, has two sons, Andries and Ernst, and two cats. |

Tertia het haar B Proc LLB grade gedurende 2002 en 2006 aan die Universiteit van Suid-Afrika verwerf. Sy het gedurende 2003 by die firma as kandidaat-prokureur aangesluit en is toegelaat as prokureur, aktebesorger en notaris. Sy is sedert 2007 ook 'n direkteur. Tertia hanteer die firma se aktes-afdeling, huweliksvoorwaardekontrakte en doen ook bereddering van bestorwe boedels. Tertia was voorheen 'n rekenaar programmeur en is 'n ywerige fietsryer. Tertia obtained her B Proc LLB degrees from the University of South Africa during 2002 and 2006. She joined the firm as a candidate attorney during 2003 and is admitted as an attorney, conveyancer and notary. She is also a director since 2007. Tertia manages the firm's conveyancing department, antenuptial contracts and also deals with the winding up of deceased estates. Tertia was previously a computer programmer and is a keen cyclist. |

Marle het haar BA LLB LLM grade gedurende die tydperk 2004 tot 2007 aan die Universiteit van Stellenbosch verwerf. Sy het gedurende 2011 by die firma as professionele assistent aangesluit. Sy is betrokke by die firma se litigasie-afdeling wat insluit algemene siviele litigasie in die Hoë Hof, Streekhof en Landdroshof, opstel van kommersiële kontrakte, skuldinvordering en skeisake. Sy is ook 'n gekwalifiseerde aktebesorger en notaris. Marle is getroud met Charl en is mal oor haar Rottweiler Zara. Marle obtained her BA LLB LLM degrees from the University of Stellenbosch during the period 2004 to 2007. She joined the firm as a professional assistant during 2011. She is involved in the litigation department of the firm which include general civil litigation in the High Court, Regional Courts and Magistrates' Courts, drafting of commercial contracts, debt collecting and divorce matters. She is also a qualified conveyancer and notary. Marle is married to Charl and loves her Rottweiler Zara. |

Lee-Ann is die senior sekretaresse in die litigasie-afdeling en het gedurende 2003 by die firma aangesluit. Sy het 'n Senior Paralegal Diploma gedurende 2005 aan Die Suid-Afrikaanse Skool vir Paralegal Studies verwerf. Sy hanteer ook die algemene kantooradministrasie en staan ons boekhouer by. Lee-Ann het 'n seun Johann en 'n dogter Mieke. Sy speel graag aksie netbal. Lee-Ann is the senior secretary in the litigation department and joined the firm during 2003. She obtained a Senior Paralegal Diploma from The South African School of Paralegal Studies during 2005. She also attends to the general office administration and assists our accountant. Lee-Ann has a son Johann and a daughter Mieke. She enjoys playing action netbal. |

Beverley is 'n sekretaresse in die litigasie-afdeling en het gedurende 2008 by die firma aangesluit. Sy het 'n B Admin graad gedurende 1999 aan die Universiteit van Wes-Kaapland, 'n Regssekretariële Diploma gedurende 1999 aan die Academy of Learning en 'n Paralegal Diploma gedurende 2004 aan die Suid-Afrikaanse Regsskool verwerf. Beverley is gebore en getoë in die Paarl en woon steeds daar. Sy is 'n bobaas kaaskoekbakster. Beverley is a secretary in the litigation department and joined the firm during 2008. She obtained a B Admin degree from the University of Western Cape during 1999, a Legal Secretarial Diploma from the Academy of Learning during 1999 and Paralegal Diploma from The South African Law School during 2004. Beverley was born and bred in Paarl and still lives there. She is a master cheese cake baker. |

Abigail is 'n sekretaresse in die aktes-afdeling en het gedurende 2010 by die firma aangesluit. Sy het 'n Regssekretaresse Sertifikaat gedurende 2005 aan Northlink Kollege en 'n Aktes- en Sekretariële Diploma gedurende 2006 aan die Conveyancing and Secretarial Studio verwerf. Abigail is lid van die Wiseman of the East orkes en bespeel die sopraan saksofoon. Abigail is a secretary in the conveyancing department and joined the firm during 2010. She obtained a Legal Secretary Certificate from Northlink College during 2005 and a Conveyancing and Secretarial Diploma from the Conveyancing and Secretarial Studio during 2006. Abigail is a member of the Wiseman of the East band and plays the soprano saxophone. |

Elizabeth is our receptionist and joined the firm during 2003. She completed a Dale Carnegie course during 2006. Elizabeth is married to Shadrack and has two boys, Zipho and Athenkosi and a girl, Inathinkosi (Pinky). She enjoys listening to gospel music. |

Andiswa is our filing clerk and messenger and joined the firm during 2004. She obtained a Secretarial Certificate from False Bay College during 2004. Andiswa knows every nook and corner in Cape Town. She has twin boys, Pholani and Luniko. |
